Summary of Story: Alien robot explorer, Franklin, offers astronomer Doctor Nettle a galactic tour. They visit the moon, sun, planets, red giant, neutron star and a black hole before arriving at the planet of Franklin's masters. The Fnirks are cosmic slobs who are considering Earth as their next port of call. Will the information they download from the Earthlings' brains condemn our planet or save it?

Additional Information: Fits into National Curriculum work on both the study of planets and stars and on environmental issues.
