Cast: Minimum of about 15, (all children) no upper limit.

Musicians: Accompaniment exists as sequenced tapes only at present but could be scored for live instruments.

Musical Style: Wide range of styles including pop/rock/jazz numbers mixed in with atonal and polytonal music.

Summary of Story: Abandoned as a puppy, Dog begins his lifelong search for meaning. He performs in a circus, survives amongst dustbins, sinks into a world of crime, and vainly seeks enlightenment in a zoo before achieving financial success as a Top Dog. But it's a strange dream of a team game whose rules he doesn't know which leads him towards a moment of understanding.

Additional Information: The strangest and most "off the wall" music was written in workshop sessions with the children, but the composer has retained all rights over the material.
